🚚 Processing Time
Most orders are crafted and prepared within:

2–5 business days for apparel, accessories, mugs, journals, and décor

1–2 business days for digital items
During holidays or special drops (like the Winter Relics Collection), processing times may be slightly longer.
🌍 Shipping Times
Shipping speed depends on your location and the production partner fulfilling your item (primarily Printify partners).
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–12 business days

United Kingdom & EU: 5–12 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Note: Books sold through Amazon will ship separately following Amazon’s delivery timelines.
✨ Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Different relics, keys, or apparel pieces may be fulfilled by different production partners.
You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

🌐 Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on their country’s regulations.
Aurora Path Media is not responsible for these charges.
🧭 Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

Check with neighbors and local carriers

Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark items early)

Contact us with your order number so we can assist
We will help you locate or replace the item whenever possible.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your relic arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged

The item is defective

The wrong item was shipped
